Hearty, delightsome, flavorful pav bhaji and Pulav, but the service is slow

This is one of the famous and oldest pav bhaji center in Civic Center Bhilai, have been visiting this place since childhood specially for pav bhaji.

🔸Pav Bhaji (🌟🌟🌟🌟/5):- Taste was amazing, Mashed vegetable gravy with fluffy soft buttery dinner rolls served with a side of crunchy piquant onions, tangy lemon and herby coriander. Suggestion: Must try Masala Pav instead of Normal Pav

🔸Pulav (⭐⭐⭐⭐/5):- A delicious medley of rice, spices, and vegetables. Must try (image attached)

🔸Service (⭐⭐⭐/5):- Service is very slow, we had to wait for around 30mins for our dish. Maybe it was due to weekend and since it was very crowdy. But still the service staff needs to be increased

I tried the Plain Pav Bhaji, and it was quite good. The pav was soft on the inside and had a nice crunch on the outside, which I really liked.
