Spice Grill Inn — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

I had the most horrible experience of my life at grill in, civic center. To start with, i had ordered a fried chicken bucket. The chicken was smelling rotten n horrible. I returned it and ordered dry chicken chilly which was not fresh too, but edible. Somehow i ate it as I had paid quite handsome amount for it. Then I ordered ice cream, which was already melt as if it was quite old and I could find chunks of ice in it which were put intentionally in it to make it cool. French fries were OK. But cold drink served was also not chilled. Then when I complained regarding all this to the manager, his response was very cold and he did not even pay attention to what i was saying. Boring restaurent with average food make this restaurent a no no.

The food quality is very very bad had order some special items of there and it was so terrible couldn't eat more than a spoonful. They need to change the chef at the earliest. The service and ambiance is okay.

What promised is served but they changed the ingredients as I ordered the cheese burst pizza but Instead of cheese they use mayonise in all the orders and side orders which led us to decide not to visit this place again in life.

The quality of the food is so pathetic. Even there is no rush they started to cash in on poor service.

Grill In has always been one of my favorite places, especially for their burgers, but ever since they shifted back to Civic Center, something has seriously gone wrong. Their food quality has been declining with time, and the taste is getting worse 🤮.

They have also started cutting down on the food itself their burgers come with fewer chicken pieces, especially in takeaways and parcels. Yesterday I went there with my friend, and we were shocked to see patty inside was literally the size of a biscuit (as shown in the picture).
