Initially, when Veggie India opened its doors 4-5 years ago, I found the ambiance lackluster and the food flavors uninspiring. However, my recent visit revealed a remarkable turnaround in every aspect.

The ambiance now exudes warmth and vibrancy, setting the perfect backdrop for a delightful dining experience. The attention to detail in the decor and lighting enhances the overall atmosphere, making it inviting and comfortable.

Service has undoubtedly been elevated to a whole new level. The staff's attentiveness and efficiency ensured that our orders were promptly taken and served with a smile. Their professionalism added to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

Now, let's talk about the highlight of any Indian restaurant – the food. We started with the Paneer Tikka Masala, a dish that truly stole the show. I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The lack of coordination among the waiters was shocking. One waiter told me a table was available, while another denied it, creating unnecessary confusion and embarrassment. Such mismanagement reflects poorly on the training and leadership at this establishment. For a restaurant claiming to offer a good dining experience, this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. The management seriously needs to improve staff communication and customer service. I do not recommend this place if you value respectful and efficient service. I’ve ordered starter & dinner at the same time but after we finished starter they took 45 min to serve the naan and kofta & that kofta was too hard as if it was frozen one and when i told them they just took it and left me waited for more 20 min when i asked them what is happening with my order they told me to wait for more minutes it was horrible experience.
