I recently ordered a 6-in-1 pizza worth ₹900 from Domino’s (Sector 50, Noida) via Zomato. What I received was extremely disappointing—the entire pizza was delivered completely upside down, with all toppings stuck to the box lid. I immediately returned it, and the delivery rider promised to get a fresh replacement made.
However, I tracked his location through Zomato and noticed he had only gone just outside my society gate and returned in 5 minutes. When questioned, he blatantly lied, claiming the pizza was freshly prepared and sent personally by the store manager. In reality, he had flipped the original pizza pieces by hand and passed it off as new.
Trusting his word, I accepted the order. But the pizza was soggy, cold, and absolutely unfit for consumption. After eating just two slices, I started feeling sick and had to throw the rest away.
When I called the Sector 50 Domino’s outlet, the manager admitted he had no idea about this and wasn’t involved at all. Despite this serious issue, all I was offered was a refund to my Domino’s wallet, which is unacceptable given the blatant lying, unhygienic handling, and potential health risks involved.
It is appalling that a reputed brand like Domino’s would allow such dishonest and dangerous practices. This isn’t just a poor customer service issue—it’s a serious food safety violation. I will be escalating this legally and publicly to ensure accountability.

After 10 min i called them back and said to give me the number of their executive so i can guide him where to come( because i live in a village so i filled the address of a nearby bank to my house). But they said to me that there executive do not has phone because it was raining. I asked them that where he will come to give my order, they said at the bank. I walked to bank with umbrella because it was raining. I was standing there for 30 mins. But their executive didn’t arrived so i walked back to home. I had followed up multiple times with your customer care service but each of them mentioned that they are not able to contact the dominos outlet where my order has been placed (sector 50 Noida). Today morning I came to know that a senior person was available at the outlet until 02:00 am, but still the outlet was unreachable that shows the irresponsibility of the employees
The customer care person mentioned that I will get my order free as it has crossed the stipulated delivery time. But later I received a text that my order has been delivered. But it was never sent by them. Now the sector 50 dominos people say that they can arrange the order now but can't refund it as there application displays that the order is delivered.
This is height of unprofessionalism. .
