KFC — Restaurant in Dadri

I ordered online today via the KFC App and since the Logix Mall outlet was the closest, I assume my order was assigned there. Absolutely ghastly experience of using the KFC APP and ordering online. The experience ruined what was supposed to be nice family dinner into a exhausting search for the order and followed by pathetic quality of food. First the order which showed dispatched at 9.22 pm was delivered at 10.45 pm. The food was cold and dry and barely edible. It seemed to be a waste money to order any of the combo meals and packages. Half the items were missing. Family Feast had the popcorn missing, the Veg rice meal box had the pepsi missing. It seemed everything was shoved together in a hurry and then left sitting for an hour. Sad to see the service level drop to such a level on a old favorite chain of mine. Whoever made the KFC App should shoot themselves in the head because while it has all the bells and whistles to show, nothing actually works on it. The "track of your order" Feature has nothing to do with its actual status. No way of contacting the actual delivery rep and no one answers the phone (well at least till the IVR says connecting to the restaurant, then the IVR cuts you out all together). The chicken was so bad. We tried it here for the third time but still no change. We told them to give us fresh cooked chicken as we already had bad experience for past 2 times but they still gave us uncooked chicken. The chicken was uncooked or rotten,dry, old. It is never fresh we complain and they give us a new piece which is the same as the previous one. The food was oily and couldn't be chewed properly. Although the staff was nice but they food is a waste of money. I would never recommend this to anyone. KFC should look into this matter as they are ruining the brand name. Will never eat here again at this particular outlet. Even the cold drink was not carbonated tastes just like sugary water. A Newly filled cup had no gas only sugary water. This type of food can make someone sick and who will be responsible? The food cannot even be finished. We just left all of it. We even tried different buckets all the 3 times but no change. I don't know why people visit such rubbish place. We pay such a huge amount and that after standing for such a long period. Moreover the team management is absolutely zero. Let me share my own experience. I waited for 30 mnts in que and that too when there was not rush. It was mainly because inefficient people (may be because they want low salaried people) are there. After waiting for such a long period and then ordering it multiple times I was told that your order will be taken after 10-15 mnts. I asked for the manager and then came to know that I was talking with manager only. The best part is i can share the picture of mall also. There is absolutely zero rush considering this is Sunday.
