Prinsep21 — Restaurant in Dadri

I had ordered many items. Out of those one item was egg curry combo in which 2 pieces of beguni and jhuri aaloo bhaja was also mentioned. These 2 items were not delivered. I had ordered through Zomato. When I raised concern with Zomato customer service, they told me that the restaurant has accepted their fault and have agreed to refund only Rs 25 for the mistake. It is not possible to identify the break-up amount in a combo dish since break-up is no where mentioned in the menu. I did not accept the mere refund amount but requested for delivery of the missing items. The restaurant denied to do so. This is such an unprofessional behaviour which I do not expect from any restaurant. Ordered chicken biryani and chicken chaap from this place multiple times and I can say without a doubt, the chicken chaap is some of the best I have ever tasted. Being from Kolkata, where chaap is more commonly consumed with biriyani, I was pleasantly surprised to have found a place that even surpasses Kolkata standards for chaap.
