We place a order just post 25min back from opposite of your branch @GC centarum and the guy said sorry we can't delivered now you will have yourself...it's OK....but I think the customer service/satisfaction is very important for any business...I have also running a business but I can't say no directly to the customer.........thanks for the services and food but you need to improve your customer centricity and food...

I have placed a burger and Pizza and took a delivery. To my surprise burger was pathetic full of capsicum. I have not even seen a street vendor who put pizza in burger. It was full of mayos, and sauces. No Tomatos onion. Onion placed in burger was chopped. Needs to inprove to sustain in market.

In addition pizza was so so not very good and full of mayos and not baked properly.
