BERCOS, GAUR CITY MALL — Restaurant in Dadri

I visited Bercos ( Gaur city mall )on 15.4.22 with my little daughter .I ordered Pretty woman mocktail 2, Steamed rice 1 bowl and 1 creamy garlic chicken.

Pretty woman mocktail was below average .To my surprise the rice which was served was half cooked so I immediately told the manager to replace it with properly cooked rice which he did...the Creamy garlic chicken had chicken pieces which were not soft enough although they told me that it is specially for kids..my daughter was not able to eat it......

I was very disappointed and complained about the low quality of the food to the Manager Mr. Lalit Singh....to which he replied " aisa kuch bhi nahi hai....baaki sab to kha rahen hain" !! which was itself so unprofessional on his part...I expected some sort of discount from them but first he ignored and then he gave me 10% discount...I said this is not done and I expected a better discount as the food quality was not in accordance with Bercos level... He instead of being respectful and humble which I do deserve as a lady created a scene and did not let me pay and took away the bill in his hands....he had the audacity to take away the bill and stood in front of me and said " You may leave and I will not let you enter this premises again " He also said he will pay the bill on my behalf and I should leave and intimidated me badly seeing me all alone with a kid.....

I kept on telling him let me have the bill so that I can pay but I was shocked and also scared to see his attitude and had to leave being insulted and intimidated with a small daughter ....Me and My family members later complained to the higher authorities in Bercos ( Area Manager) and talked to Mr. Lalit singh also over phone....Now he is saying sorry on whatsapp to me sending me a reprinted bill soft copy ( which he has taken out after my family has talked to him over phone) and also a Paytm scan code of some Mr. Vivek Singhal ....

He not only denied me my right to have the bill and let me pay but also intimidated me and insulted me and harassed me mentally....

Do I deserve this Bercos? I got to know it is a franchisee but still you need to maintain the exact level of the name you are representing which was not the case here.... Do not I have my rights to complain about the low quality of the food served ? How can your manager take away the bill from me not letting me pay, asking me to leave ,threaten me not to enter the premises again and intimidate me and then contacting me on whatsapp without my permission ????? Does he need to learn the basic etiquettes to treat a woman, a customer and not being rude and disrespectful to her?????? NEED AN...

I went there last Sunday. It was a over cowded place. I ordered chilli garlic crispy chicken but after 10 min of waiting the attendant said that it is not available so i had to order something else. In replacement I order chicken mountain which was actually good. It took around 20 min to deliver but the attendant apologized for delay due to Sunday and over crowd. Now here comes the reason why i have given it low rating. They had a very limited staff which caused some delay in food delivery. In my bill they added both my cancelled order and replaced order. I asked them to correct it. In 2nd bill there was an entery named VSC (volunteer service charge) which was 10% of the bill. I knew what is it but i still asked him. He said it is service charge (only). When i asked what is V so he said it is volunteer, and then removed it on my asking as it is by customer will and they have full right to give a tip or not. And got my 3rd bill which was fully correct. Overall it is a place for authentic Chinese food and food is really good but just a little over priced. Ambience is nice. Attendant behaviour was also warming just the delivery was late and alot of efforts required to get one...
