*Review for the cafe on the third floor Have been dining at Big Chill since the last 25 years when the only option was Khan Market. Unfortunately, seems the Noida cafe has forgotten that patrons dine also for the experience and food is just a part of it. Politely requested for a particular seating in a not so busy time, hostess walked off leaving us standing in the middle of the cafe. Requested another staff, getting a blunt reply that only one portion is open. Would have been so nice if someone politely replied. The waiter just dumped our ordered beverages on the table. No smile, no eye contact, no pause for the diners to react and thank the waiter. On giving the feedback to Vishu, he forced the waiter to apologise which was not our intention. I explained to Vishu that they need to work on staff motivation, effective training and communication which I felt is lacking. However the manager forcing an employee to apologise is the most demotivating thing. I hope Big Chills improves upon the employee training and motivates them to serve with a smile, not by force but by instilling pride in what they do. Oh, by the way, the food was very ordinary too. The ground floor staff is still excellent, always smiling and helping...

I have been a regular visitor of The Big Chill Cafe for years now and there's a reason for that. The consistency in the quality of their food and the taste is commendable. This ensures that they make customers for life who are ready to wait for a table, even if it takes an hour.

My favourite is the Caesar Salad. Both the veg and non-veg variants are excellent. They know how to amalgamate the components really well, so that none of them overpower each other. The salad has always felt super fresh to me, thanks to the lettuce and parmesan cheese that they use. I would also recommend their Spaghetti Bolognese. It is one of the best that I have had. The portion size for all the dishes is good enough to feed a person to their satisfaction.

The service has always been at-par with the best restaurants that I have been to. They never leave any stone unturned to give you a memorable experience. Despite the restaurant always facing huge inflow of the crowd, I have never seen the attendants hurrying you into finishing your meals, which is something that should be appreciated.
