This was my first time in the Noida Pirates of Grill and I had a bad experience. The server decided to stand just next to the table, not allowing any time or privacy. Immediately after taking seats, I asked him to help us with less spicy, which he did not pay heed to. In less than 2-3 minutes, he had piled our grill with too many barbeque grills. He put grill sticks one on top of the other. Taking one grill from the lot was messy and there was simply no place to put the empty grill sticks. We had to ask for basic things such as cutlery, salt, pepper, etc. Nothing was on the table and no one bothered to check. He handed the drinks menu and stood there even when asked to allow us some time to decide our choices. There was delay in clearing the dishes as well. The server never asked if we needed any refills. The one refill I asked came after I had finished my main course. The grill was not cleared even when we started with main course. The dishes were also not taken away. We had to stack them all to the side. I heard some other person order Pita bread and I asked the server if it is there as I heard it. He just said that there was no such option available. Later I asked for a cake in different flavour and got the same answer that there is no other option despite 3 different types of cakes being put on display. He simply refused to check anything with the chef or kitchen. Anytime that I tried contacting someone else, the server would come back to listen but not fulfil anything. Additionally, he was so busy with his own conversations that it really felt that we were interfering with him. The entire experience was BAD. It is not an experience you want to have on your special day. The food was average. I would not call any dish to be extra-ordinary. Rather some dishes were not up to the standard as set by them.
