Burger King — Restaurant in Delhi

I went to this outlet of Burger King "kirti Nagar" and asked one of the staff members to order, that : "Do you have something without onion and garlic expect fries" She said yes I asked what? She told me about 2 burgers I was like "ARE YOU SURE?" She said yes because we serve these burgers during Navratri's as well I asked again "ARE YOU SURE?" She said 100% ma'am I was like okay These 2 burgers, 1 medium fries and 2 cold coffees She took the order and me and my boyfriend had that there only... He don't consume onion and garlic because of his "Petition to God"

And today I went to Tilak Nagar Burger King with my boyfriend again and asked the same thing to one of employees there because I forgot the name of those burgers that "do you have something without onion and garlic expect fries?"

The guy there directly denied I was like NO You have 2 navratri special burgers which you sell while most of the people avoid onion and garlic during Navratri's Can you make it?

He tell me there nothing like that We have nothing without onion and garlic

I told him about my visit to "Kirti Nagar Burger King" and the suggestion which order taker gave me and breif me about Navratri special without onion and garlic burgers

That guy went inside to ask each and every employee present there about something like this if they have, because he thought maybe he is the one who is mistaken

Everybody DENIED

I feel so disappointed that because of me it happened

Also the cold coffee we ordered, we both felt itching inside our mouth, on tongue and neck inside the mouth after having that I asked a girl to change that but she didn't replied anything (she Ignored)

#So, I want to tell you that I don't know if you believe in God or not But there are people who really do

Burger King hired such a staff who don't have knowledge about there menu and ingredients

Such a Shame for a big known brand like this

Really disappointed from BK and I never ever visit or order again from BK also never even suggest someone BK

I will always tell people to not visit/order from BK (As Word of mouth is a source of promotion and...

The staff is not good there i an asking I am not able to use digital screen how to place an order there he was saying wait for a minute he was call there mod but he was not listing when I was shouted there he came and he was saying ki apka order place ho gya h please wait after 10 minutes i was asking where is my order he was saying sir ban rha h and when I received my order I was asking how much you guys will be taken he was saying sir 7 minutes but Ill told him it's already 10-12 minutes done and after that he was saying sir kya cahiye apko jo chaiye free m le jao no one is wearing a name batch there my experience so horrible there also I have shared a complaint to customer care that dis not taking any action and now they are not reverting on mail as well bad service, you are saying please mail us kindly check your mail you are not reverting on my mails as well. And bad experience,

This guys is playing with our health they are making food wearing gloves no reply from customer...

Dear Team, I had placed the order today at kirti nagar delhi branch with order number 2003 in the name of Ansh.

First service contact number is switched off & no any another way to connect with this branch..I have received my order after 1 hour when I founded the manager number from Punjabi bagh branch.

I have received very cold & worst quality of food because this made by your team approx half an hour ago. Taste is almost finished from the same.

Its really surprising for me..

Requesting to you, pls make changes on your food quality & services otherwise way is very longer for you.

Still I haven't received any positive response from your side...I think don't care about customer...
