Barbeque Nation Rajouri Garden — Restaurant in Delhi

One of the worst places I have ever been to! The staff & the service was so pathetic that I cant even tell in words. I dined out last night at Rajouri garden Barbeque nation with almost 10 people; paid almost ₹9k within 2 hrs but where the hell is the worth of my money! My guests were sitting with main course curries on the table for over 40 mins, but there were no breads! We booked non-veg for 4 people, nothing at all was served to them except 2-3 repeated dishes. We asked for drinks to all the waiters & floor manager, which I said I will pay for, no drinks for server for over 1 hr, & I was literally feeling shame in front of guests for offering them such pathetic experience, my guests were asking for cutleries , and empty glasses which was not on table to have water, & to my surprise, even that was not offered for over 1 hr, like the management literally thinks, that u guys exist to loot people, the best practice for such outlets should be to charge ₹2-3k for 10 people bcoz they are unable to offer any worth! To no surprise, everyone on the different tables were yelling for the poor service; check ur cameras, what a pathetic management, staff, food! While writing this review, i was busy in finding 0 stars, but 1 star is lowest, otherwise, u dont even deserve that. The worst part is when I told the manager, that i will be surely writing about this experience, he flipped like a coin, & said, we gave so good service to you & all buļlshit! When i said, check ur cameras, he was like it got more crowded today, so workforce was less, i m paying ₹9k in 2 hrs for your less workforce?? How the hell does that matters to me! Barbecue nation did not loose 10 customers last night; they lost 100 clients, bcoz every1 in restaurant i could see yesterday had so dissatisfaction. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent visit to your Rajouri outlet. As a loyal customer who has been enjoying your services for over 10 years, I regret to say that the experience this time was far below the standard I have come to expect from Barbecue Nation.

Firstly, the quality of food was extremely disappointing. The chef seemed unsure of how to bring flavor into the dishes, even asking for my guidance on how to prepare the food to my liking. While I appreciate the willingness to cater to individual tastes, this is not what I expect after spending a considerable amount for a meal. I do not visit restaurants to teach the chef how to cook; I visit to enjoy a professionally prepared meal.

Secondly, while the staff was attentive in asking if we needed more food, the lack of timely clearance of plates on our table was concerning. The table was cluttered, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

Furthermore, when I visited the buffet, I was disappointed to find many of the chafing dishes empty. I requested sirka onions and was served plain onions in water, which was quite disheartening.

Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I feel that the standards at Barbecue Nation have declined significantly. After paying for my meal, I was so dissatisfied that I had to visit another restaurant to have a proper meal, which completely defeats the purpose of dining out in the first place.

Given the circumstances, I believe it would be fair to request a refund of my payment, which was approximately ₹3500. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and work towards improving the quality of food and service at this location.

My recent dinner at Barbeque Nation in Rajouri Garden was an absolute delight! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming ambiance. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with recommendations.

The food was a culinary masterpiece! The variety of grilled items, from succulent meats to delectable vegetarian options, was simply amazing. The live grill experience added to the overall dining experience, allowing us to customize our dishes to our liking.
