Barista — Restaurant in Delhi

Serious food poisoning due to cold cofee at Barista Pacific Mall outlet.

I visited Barista outlet at Pacific mall ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh on 17.6.2024 at around 5 pm with 3 of my relatives.

We ordered 3 cold cofees from the outlet.

This is to inform you that the consumption of the cold cofee has led to serious health concerns for me and my family.

Me along with two of my relatives, consumed cold coffee from your outlet. Unfortunately, within a few hours, all three of us experienced severe symptoms of food poisoning. The symptoms included nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain, which led to significant discomfort and necessitated medical attention.

One person vomited on reaching home.

I'm writing this mail in utter discomfort and I'm not even able to sleep properly.

We opted for Barista's outlet given it's reputation for quality.

But this incident has turned out to be worst incident of eating out iny life and is deeply disappointing.

No one has right to play with other people's life.

It is crucial to address this matter promptly to ensure the safety and well-being of your customers.

I urge you to investigate the source of this contamination and take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents in the future.

And also take the action against the responsible staff. Staff was a young girl with height around 5 feet.

In light of the harm caused to us, I also request appropriate compensation for our medical expenses and the distress we endured.I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

Yesterday myself and my friend decided to have a cup of coffee so opted to visit this restaurant located in EDM Mall which is very near to Friend's house. The place is quite neat and well located.
