Nazeer Foods — Restaurant in Delhi

Very bad experience this afternoon. Went there for lunch and ordered my food (Tandoori Chicken Breast, Chicken Mughlai Keema and Tandoori Roti). Taste of the product was good but we found a strand of hair in the keema. Brought to the notice of a team member there who just removed the plate and commented that everyone wears hairnet in the outlet. I also ignored and continued with rest of the food. To my surprise I found another strand of hair in their tandoori roti. Once again I brought it to the team member’s notice who this time sent a supervisor/manager to the table. He picked up the hair and just commented that it can’t be their staff’s hair as everyone wears comfort cap (of course he himself was without a cap). All he offered was a replacement of the tandoori roti. As my meal was almost completed, I just left the place and moved out disappointed. It is such a sad situation where hygiene issues are taken so lightly with these so called chain outlets. Their customer service is so poor or close to non existent. I am sure it was my last visit to this food joint. Would suggest all the visiting patrons to be careful of hygiene related issues and foreign particles in the food...

Food quality - We thoroughly enjoyed our meal as we ordered what they are specialized in. So it was a good food experience for us. Below are the items we ordered -

Butter chicken ( boneless )- It was really good, moderately spicy and quantity was ok for two. Plus it wasn't too much buttery.

Chicken tikka - Again it was yummilicious and we loved it.

Pricing - Ummm I think if you want a filling meal then it would be close to Rs350-400.

Ambience - Not good as they have taken a small area and have very limited space n seating.

Service - The staff wasnt quick, they made me wait for giving the change back for like 5mins.

Washroom - There is no washroom inside the outlet, so use the one...

It was my first experience and was so bad and disgusting , the food was OK OK.. fry chicken was not fried properly it's little bit hard to eat ... and the worst thing that I had experienced was their hospitality, Staff was so Rude, not attentive, all are busy with watching Reels on their Mobiles, My daughter was asking for glass to drink water they simply deny and refuse to give, Glass, then I order for Mineral water they serve water bottle with no glass , They have the glass for coke but not for water... really what a bullshit.... Nazeer FOOD spoiling their image because of unprofessional and unskilled staff. Very bad very bad very very bad Experience. Plzzz take...
