Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Delhi

Today I placed an order for wow momo combo momos at ₹99 from the counter Wow Momo in Pacific Mall Sahibabad ghaziabad, for which I paid ₹134.21 ( payment details - A/c XX5836 debited INR 134.21 Dt 04-03-25 21:43:49 thru UPI:506352009471), when I went to their counter to collect my order. There I saw a bad bug which is a small cockroach in my order, it was in my order.Staff says that this is a common thing, it is such a big mall.. by calling their counter a mall, they are dealing with bad behaviour.. we will have to complain about this to the government as well Please friends, don't order food there or go there. You will take risks...

I don't know if it is the lockdown effect or some sort of staff change, but this place is like an overpriced disaster. Over promise and underdeliver is the best tagline for this outlet now. I ordered the VEGGIE DARJEELING MOMOS and the VEGGIE MOMOS. The momos were undercooked firstly, as they had hard surfaces. Not at all steamed properly. Secondly ₹179 rupees for just 5 PIECES of momos?!! Their sizes were just the same of what we get at roadside momos stalls. If there is neither quality, nor quantity, then what are they charging so much for? Never going...

There's a small outlet in the food court of pacific mall. You won't find their menu in the QR codes available on each table. You have to go to the outlet to place the order. The service is quite slow, they took a lot of time to prepare our order. We ordered two veg moburgs. Disappointing really, the burger is small, there are just two momos inside buns with very little mayonnaise and some spicy momo chutney. Taste was average, they should provide options for the level of spice, absolutely unsuitable for children or people who have lower...
