KFC — Restaurant in Delhi

This is regarding a recent order that my husband, has placed from Zomato App, for KFC food, pacific mall (Sahibabad, Ghaziabad). Details of the Invoice and order receipt is also attached along with this email.

The food was at an offer of 50% off at certain items, and therefore my husband placed an order for the following items: 2 x Peri Peri Chicken Strips -3 pc 1 x Chicken Popcorn -Medium 1 x French Fries - Large

The above items costed us of about Rs. 384/- after applying the discount of 50%.

The food that we received, looked old, tight and stale. The chicken strips were sour in taste. The popcorn and strips were dry, as if they have been reheated many times. The fries were sour.

We immediately threw the food in dustbin, by that time my husband had already consumed 2 strips and few popcorn and the undersigned have consumed a strip and fries that we realised that it was stale.

The very next day, me and my husband both started to have stomach ache since morning and therefore we had to visit a doctor because my husband is having loose stools and i m having severe stomach ache.

In view of the factual circumstances and negligence and fraud on the part of KFC branch Sahibabad, I want to file a suit before Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. If restaurants of good reputation like KFC will be delivering stale/bad food through zomato App, just to get rid of leftovers, without even once thinking about the health of Public, then I must say this is high time we must completely put a ban on KFC.

I am a lawyer, I would spread the word amongst my lawyer community and make this email viral, so that it reaches to each one of that person who is fan of KFC, to make them aware that, KFC can play with the health of humans.

We have been customers to KFC for over decades now and We've always enjoyed everything I have had but this last year I have seen a difference in the food with the content and the quality. I think it's about time you looked at this in great detail with this problem of your food not worth the value you are overcharging.

It doesn't have the same taste you cannot call it Finger Licking Good. I am afraid that by the coming years you will lose that image and you need to get it back pull your finger out and look at your Outlets you are not telling your managers to do their job right I am very disappointed and

It was a total PATHETIC experience. Yesterday i visited this store for lunch before the movie. There was absolutely no rush(evidence attached) and only one customer was ordering at the counter. Other 2 billing machines were deserted even though the staff was standing there idle. We requested to bill our order on the available machine but they refused and asked us to be in the queue instead. Finally our turn came and we ordered. Now the real ordeal starts. After waiting for 5 minutes we demanded our order, asked to wait. Again after 5 minutes we demanded, told it's getting prepared. It was frustrating for me to stand at empty counter with no clue of order preparation. Nobody was bothered for our order when there were at least 5 staff girls roaming here and there. Then i demanded to cancel the order when it became unbearable for me to wait further. Suddenly they realized that oh we have an order to serve. Started giving nonsense excuses, sir it's getting prepared you see this and that. I said just cancel it but they started giving out items of the order in batches. So almost in half hour I received total order and then the nightmare. I was shocked to see the condition of burger when I opened the cover, (pic is attached). I was like why on Earth did I came here AT ALL. A big Chunk of upper loaf was missing, don't know who ate it, some rodent or the irresponsible maker. Seriously guys, think twice before visiting this outlet if you don't want to spoil your leisure time. Spread the word guys #Foodsafety #KFC...

Ordered chicken bucket from there recently. But Chicken pieces are stale & smelling. There are also very high amount of salt in the product and it's not eatable. I am reading reviews and there are lot of these type of complaint againt this restaurant. I don't know why kfc india is not taking action against them.

Update : i have ordered on 10 july, & now 2 weeks have been passed, but they have not provided me any resolution. Kfc india will only comment here about register complaint on mail. But they will not do anything. I have mailed several time to them, but They have not provided me any resolution yet.. so be careful if you order from here, because your health is much precious than kfc...
