Bille Di Hatti — Restaurant in Delhi

I went here specifically to write a review because Swiggy doesn't allow that truth to be revealed. I ordered from Bille Di Hatti expecting the authentic taste they're known for, but it turned out to be a major disappointment.

The chole were completely tasteless — more like crushed chickpeas than the rich, flavorful chole you’d expect. The portion was tiny, and the texture was unappetizing. To make it worse, the onions that came with the order were old, stale, and had a foul, almost rotting smell. It was honestly unpleasant to even open the packet.

This was not just bad food — it felt like complete negligence in quality and hygiene. I would not recommend ordering from here based on this experience....

Staff members misbehaves, argues, disrespect the customers in the absence of owner, they act in very arrogant manner after serving poor quality food (oily & hard puri at room temperature). Owner must appoint a manager or at least some well educated, experienced staff (who know the importance of customer value) who can handle the shop in the absence of owner specially in the morning hours. May be we now need to give tip in advance to get reasonable service there. They also refused me to provide the bill though they charge...

It is very old famous shop for fast food. You will get chhole bhature, bread pakoda, lassi, Chhole rice, palak rice and many more items. It was my first visit to this restaurant and we ordered chhole bhature, palak rice and lassi. Chhole was not good and seems to be very less spice so didn't like that. Palak rice was nice and will give full marks. Lassi was also good. Dining space is also very congested as need to amke effort if want to take seat. It should be properly managed sothat everyone...
