Pathetic Products & Useless Service – Ambrane is a Scam!

I purchased an Ambrane 20,000 mAh power bank and raised my first complaint in June 2025. Now it’s September 2025, and the issue is still dragging on without any proper solution.

The power bank itself is a joke – it hardly charges my iPhone 13 twice. And their customer service? Absolutely hopeless. For 3 months, they’ve done nothing but send copy-paste emails, give false assurances, and make me run in circles with courier pickups and returns. At one point, they even sent me back the same faulty unit, scratched and dented, after wasting weeks at their so-called service center. Promised me a new replacement, but never delivered.

Ambrane doesn’t solve problems; they just waste your time and test your patience. They made me spend my own money on courier charges and still failed to provide a working product. Their “support team” is more interested in buying time than actually helping.

I finally had to purchase a power bank from another brand, because Ambrane is clearly not capable of providing even basic service.

I bought an Ambrane 20,000 mAh power bank and raised my first complaint in June 2025. Today it’s September 2025, and I’m still fighting with their so-called service team.

The product itself is garbage – it barely charges my iPhone 13 twice. And their after-sales service is the most pathetic I’ve ever seen. Endless emails, fake promises, courier excuses, and harassment. They made me send the product back multiple times, wasting my money, only to return the same broken power bank with scratches and dents. Later they promised a “brand-new replacement,” but obviously nothing arrived.

Customer support here is a joke. They drag issues for months, pressure you on calls, and then hide behind their nonsense policies when you ask for a refund. Basically, they loot customers and then waste your time with false promises.

I’ve finally stopped expecting anything from them and bought another brand’s power bank.

Perthitic Product and Service. I purchased a mouse, within a 10 days its scrolling button stop working, first of all it is very difficult to reach the support, but after lot of efforts I reached them, then they arranged a reverse pickup of m mouse. Then confirmed my mouse reached to them over email on 9th Dec and assured that they will return in 7-10 days. Now 22 days passed, now they are not responding over email, contact numbers are closed. Perthitic support and service, I will not recommend any one to buy any product of this company. Being Indian company I was having a soft corner for this company, but after this experience, I will not recommend any one to buy anything from this company.
