Bomba - Pizzeria & Taqueria | Greater Kailash — Restaurant in Delhi

First plate of tacos arrived cold. We were starving so we grudgingly ate it and requested that they make sure our remaining items come out hot. The second plate, lamb birria tacos, did come out piping hot and they were indeed the perfect lamb birrias. Arguably the best tacos in the city. Absolutely delicious. However, the third item, a pizza, once again came out cold. We sent that back and it came back after a minute in the oven and was just ok. The experience was pretty spoiled by this point. It looked like there was a surplus of staff, too many folks on duty in wait staff and in the kitchen, most were standing around idly. It’s surprising that despite this the food still sat on a counter with no one to bring it to us for a while (hence it was cold). The washroom was also smelly and poorly maintained. Was really looking forward to eating here but left...

Bomba – Not Worth the Hype

Bomba had been on my must-try list for a while thanks to all the social media buzz, but honestly, it didn’t live up to the hype.

They don’t take reservations, so we had to walk in. Initially, the manager said there were no tables, but when we asked about the wait time, he assured us he’d accommodate us—and to his credit, we got a table in about 15–20 minutes. That effort was appreciated.

We ordered The Hottie pizza, Smoked Chilli Vodka Fettuccine, and the Adobo Charred Chicken. The pizza and pasta were both pretty underwhelming—nothing memorable. The chicken was the best of the three but still not great.

I was really looking forward to this meal, but overall, it just felt average. Bomba seems more like an Instagram hit than a food-forward spot. Unless the quality improves, I don’t see...

Bomba in Greater Kailash is hands down one of the best dining spots I’ve been to in Delhi! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the vibrant ambiance and the warm hospitality. The food was absolutely stellar — everything from the wood-fired pizzas to the perfectly crafted tacos was bursting with flavor and prepared to perfection.

A special shoutout to Mr. Deepanshu, the Head of Operations, whose professionalism and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable. His team is clearly well-trained and motivated, and it shows in the seamless service and friendly atmosphere throughout the evening.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for amazing food, excellent management, and a truly enjoyable dining experience. Bomba is definitely a place I’ll be returning to — and bringing friends...
