Some rooms are noisy from the traffic. We also lost water for a good part of the day -- no fault of the staff.
It was the attentiveness of the front desk staff, Vahzad and Divyjot, specifically, that made these challenges easy to deal with. They made sure that a) I was able to move to a quieter room; b) that a bucket of water was brought into my room so that I had water to wash with (a perfectly do-able solution!); c) even before I opened the door to the entrance one time, Divyjot had an iron waiting for me (I had asked to use one before I left for the day). Imagine that kind of service!
However, I must say that management was completely invisible, and unresponsive. It does not look good to not respond to a customer's legitimate concerns -- which I could only do via email (I was told that they were unreachable by phone; the desk people tried!). They NEVER responded to my emails.

I demand the following actions from Bloom Hotels:
A formal written apology from hotel management. A detailed explanation of how such a serious breach was allowed to happen. Confirmation of strict disciplinary action taken against the responsible staff. A full refund of my booking charges (INR 3,494). Assurance that proper training and SOP enforcement will be undertaken to prevent such incidents in the future. The biggest inconvenience was the lift. It was surprisingly difficult to operate and open, which became quite frustrating, especially when carrying luggage. This is something the management should prioritize fixing as it impacts the overall guest experience.
Another aspect that left me disappointed was the water provision. Given the price charged for rooms, I expected better-quality water or at least a more convenient way to access it. The current setup seemed a bit odd and didn’t align with the level of service one would expect from a hotel of this caliber.
Despite these drawbacks, the staff members were friendly and helpful, which somewhat offset the inconveniences encountered.
