Taste- 4 stars Everything else- 1 star. Ate few times at this outlet and this is what I observed. A very roadside street food style serving style. Out of many waffle serving styles, they chose cone style serving which is obviously very difficult to eat. Often serve super melted ice cream which makes it even harder to eat properly without making any mess when no disposable plates are given along with waffles. Fancy and tasty, no doubt, but definitely Overpriced for the miniscule portion size one gets. Very less sitting space. Not even hand sanitizers were available in case any customer wants to clean their hands. A general observation that they priortize to online orders over people sitting inside their shop coz the moment they get any order, they hurriedly start preparing that said order, slowing down the process of orders given face to face. The Outlet is Bright & Beautiful, the food is good but the service and staff takes the good part away. I ordered two waffles with ice-cream and what they served was just the basic one. Moreover, waffle of the day is mentioned as Rs.120/- on the board and when I ordered it, they charged 150 each. Clarification they gave is that it was only from 1pm to 5pm.

If the offer is till 5, why it’s called waffle of the day or why is the board not erased at 5pm. Staff is just deaf on taking orders. Seriously a spoil of the mood and day.
