I had placed an online order with instructions for pickup at 7:30 PM, which was confirmed. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, I found the manager, Dinesh, preoccupied with his phone. When I inquired about the delay, he had no satisfactory answer and displayed a rude attitude.Moreover, the air conditioning was not working, making the environment uncomfortable. When I asked for the visitor diary to leave feedback, I was told there wasn't one.
