Chaskaa — Restaurant in Delhi

recently visited this restaurant with high expectations, but my experience was ruined by the behaviour of the owner and staff. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. When we asked a few questions about the menu, their responses were curt and dismissive.

What was even more disappointing was the owner’s attitude — instead of addressing our concerns politely, he behaved rudely and made us feel as if we were at fault for simply expecting decent service. A restaurant’s food can only be enjoyed when the atmosphere is pleasant, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Good food and ambience mean nothing if the people running the place don’t value their customers. I genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their hospitality and attitude...

Few Days Back I Visited This Place With My Family. We Ordered Palak Kofta With Butter Roti Served With Onion And Green Chutney. They Serve North Indian, Chinese, Biryani, Italian, European, Kebab And Rolls. This Place Is Located Kamal Complex, Local Shopping Centre, Surajmal Vihar, New Delhi

Palak Kofta: It Was So Yummy. Gravy Was Made With Palak And Kofta Were Soft And Were Made With Paneer. Must Try. Taste: 5/5

About The Ambience: Ambience Was So Good. Interior Was Awsum. Seatings Were Comfortable. Place Was So Neat And Clean.

About The Service: Service Was Slow. Staff Was So Polite And Courteous.

Ordered a non veg platter, mutton Galouti, butter chicken & a mutton nihari. Non veg platter had chicken tikka, malai tikka, kalmi, tangdi and chicken kebab. Each of these 5 things were same. No difference in taste. Everything just tasted like chicken malai tikka.

Butter chicken was worthless. Hard pieces of chicken and nothing else. Galouti kebab was below average.

The only thing worth having was the amazing nihari. If u waana have mutton, then simply order the nihari. Tender and succulent pieces in a spicy rich curry. 3 marks here is only for this dish. Havnt had this type of taste...
