I feel compelled to share my recent experience with the burger company's website, and unfortunately, it has left me quite dissatisfied. Not only were there missing items in my order, but the company's refusal to provide a refund for the incomplete order was disappointing. Beyond this, the quality of the food I received did not meet my expectations. The combination of these issues has unfortunately led to an unsatisfactory dining experience. I believe that customers should receive their complete orders, and when errors occur, appropriate measures should be taken to rectify the situation.
