This is one of the biggest bakery in Kamla Nagar. I had always wanted to visit this place seeing such beautiful cakes displayed everyday. So, I had finally visited the shop to buy a Birthday Cake for my friend. I immediately liked the ambience of the place and was mesmerised by the variety of cakes therein. There were such beautiful designer cakes which looked sooo pretty and attractive. They also had showcases such wide variety of toppings which were just amazing. They were all handmade and exuded such talent. Such talent. Extremely cute and pretty. You could choose and add any of those toppings on your cake. You can even get your cake customised on order :)

Also, the staff of the bakery is very courteous, helpful, very engaging and customer friendly. He patiently answered all my questions and showed me all kinds of cakes. One very nice thing was that when I asked for a packet of candles, he said he would add a couple of complementary candles. And also, without me asking, he also added a knife and cute small Happy Birthday topping, that too with just a single cupcake, which was very nice of him and the store too.

I had finally decided upon Red Velvet Cupcake. Honestly, I was disappointed with the taste but I will definitely go there again and try other cakes and snacks too.

EXPIRED CONSUMABLE ITEMS BEING RE- LABELLED!!

I am extremely disappointed in you guys!! You sold us expired makhanas.. Could be a human error but you did it intentionally by re-labelling the dates!! LOL.. atleast you could have done the relabelling better..

Oily, smelly like rotten vegetables makhanas were found in 2/2 hampers we took from you on holiday.. They have been smelling like rotten vegetables and nothing else!!

Really?? We pay 5 times the market price to purchase something from you in name of healthy edible items for what?? So that you can change the date of expired items and pack it in our hampers??

Another blunder going on in market you guys are..

But to teach you a lesson good enough, i will drag you to consumer court & will ensure FSSAI team reaches your doorstep!!

If you play with your customers health, you are going to pay for it!! And i will make sure you do..

Last but not the least, where is Ritika- the owner of this bakery in this entire incident?? Why are you hiding?? What for?? Least courteous to be answerable to your customer?? Never mind.. Very soon you will be giving answers to FSSAI.. I have all the proofs along with payment receipt &...
