I have had some of the most memorable meals of my life in such "small" restaurants/canteens/mess.The deal with this restaurant is that it provides good, tasty food but the ambiance is not that of a restaurant, it is a 20 seater canteen.I had Rava masala dosa and it was very good -- the dosa was crisp, aloo masala was done well, the sambar was good and the coconut chutney was super awesome! This is rare for an eating joint in Delhi.
