Costa coffee N block — Restaurant in Delhi

Dear Costa Coffee Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience at your Greater Kailash 1 outlet.

We have been regular customers at this Costa Coffee location for the past year. However, a new employee named Vikash has recently been pressuring us to place an order for two coffees instead of one. His approach has been unwelcome and makes our experience at Costa Coffee uncomfortable.

Such behavior is not in line with the customer-friendly environment we have always appreciated at Costa Coffee. We request immediate action against Vikash to ensure that customers can enjoy their time at the café without undue pressure.

Costa coffee is one of the big coffee franchises that I've loved; more than Starbucks, Barista or even CCD. It was a pleasant surprise to see their new outlet at N-block market, GK-1.
