Loved their old Delhi style kadhai paneer (different from sour tomato taste Punjabi style available all over new delhi). Dal makhani with green dhaniya n Desi ghee n butter didn't have too much cream like everywhere in new delhi. I could taste the well cooked daal instead of cream like most places else. Both Dal Makhani and Kadahi Paneer had khadr masale! Special props to their lal mirchi masala nimbu pyaz n Hari mirch salad! Everything including soft gulab jamun prepared in Desi ghee.
