I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Domino's Pizza and interacting with their store team, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. I had heard mixed reviews about their service, but I decided to give them a chance. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a decision I deeply regret.

Firstly, the staff at the Domino's Pizza store were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I called to place my order, the person who answered the phone seemed disinterested and impatient. They barely let me finish speaking before cutting me off and rushing me to make a decision. It was clear they had no interest in providing quality customer service.

Moreover, the delivery service was a disaster. The promised delivery time was already long, but my order ended up arriving over an hour later than the estimated time. When I called to inquire about the delay, the store team member was dismissive and unapologetic. They seemed completely indifferent to the inconvenience caused by their incompetence.

To make matters worse, the pizza itself was far from satisfactory. The crust was undercooked and doughy, and the toppings seemed haphazardly thrown on without any care. It was evident that the store team had no attention to detail or pride in their work. The taste was subpar, to say the least, and it was certainly not worth the price I paid.

Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the store was concerning. When I arrived to pick up my order, I noticed an unorganized and messy environment. There were food crumbs on the counters, and the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to their customers. It was clear that hygiene and customer satisfaction were not priorities for this Domino's Pizza location.

In conclusion, my experience with the Domino's Pizza store team was nothing short of a disaster. From the rude and unprofessional staff to the late delivery and subpar pizza quality, it was a complete letdown. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this particular Domino's Pizza store to think twice and explore other options. Worst Domino's center ever. Earlier order used to come from Dominos Saket, and it had adequate amount of cheese, toppings and crust used to be amazing but this Domino's is nightmare in terms quality of product. First of all they delivered cold pizza, even though this center is nearer of our house. The cheese and toppings were in negligible amount. The crust was hard to chew and the side crust covered was enormously big when compared to the centre (i.e cheese and toppings). The chilli flakes packets were 90% empty. The order was a complete waste of money and was unsatisfactory. Hey my name is himanshu . I have been living here in chhatarpur since last 7 year & i visited so many places to have food but for the first time i was visiting subway's dominos in chhatarpur. Their female staffs are so arrogant. I went them to order something but they were not listening anymore . Their behaviour was also rude with me at the time while i was ordering for 2 pizzas 😔 . One the female i asked for she replied (time lagega abhi order lene mein 15-20 min baad aana) she was very rude with me and my close frnd 😔 please teach them how to behave with their customer as I'm also the part an organisation working in retail sector .
