Customer service is zero here, the lady at the payment centre was too abrupt, too coarse in terms of speaking with the customer. She doesn’t have the skills of basic customer service . It was a bad experience with Madam Asfarah that’s what her name was. She was very adamant on getting my phone number to which I denied politely 5 times, and she showed impoliteness in her responses, validation and acknowledgements, to which I had to forcibly say that I might not order. They have so dirty dresses … unhygienic, they place the furniture’s by pushing casually by their foot and do not even put in respect to use their hands right in front of their customers. Ek roadside dhaba bhi aise environment nahi rakhega jaisa behaviour and environment ek brand of domino has in their branch … so pathetic . I asked for a plain garlic bread today and I was told 15 mins time would be taken …. I guess how do you promise a 30 min time for pizza with delivery at...

Staff was good Food was good and served hot

But the bill copy was sent as a e copy which is fair enough but later when I had a look at it showed 459 for the pizza I ordered and the menu card mentioned it as 449. Though the amount was not huge but main thing was even the staff was not aware of it and said “May be the rate would have increased and not updated in menu card and system bill price is final” which was something not good

Also I paid thru my card and without asking me they charged it as “Pay with points” without me knowing about it and I only got to know about it in...

We ordered 5 pizzas from this outlet.

5 pizza bnane me inhe 25 minute lag gaye.

Itni jyada bekar service hai jiski koi had nahi. Bill me ketchup bhi the wo bhi mangne pr diye gaye.

When i said why it is taking so much time the man just ignored the request.

If u want to waste your time pls come this place.

Dominos wala taste bhi nahi aa rh tha.
