I called so many times to the store and continuously looked for cancelling the order but there is no so such option to do so. Your delivery boy named Suraj did such a misbehavior around my residence disturbing my neighbours with loud voice continuously misbehaving. There is no use of talking to the store manager even they don’t take such matters seriously. They always send such rude arrogant unpolite people for delivery who have absolutely no sense of talking to customers. The store manager himself says that the no. Available on the App is 1 year then how do you expect from the customer to cancel the order without any convenience. The store manager himself is so irresponsible then why did I even expect from the delivery boy to behave properly. How in the world can a customer cancel the order when you don't give even a logical way of doing so, there no such option in the app to even do modifications or rescheduling the order. We even had to mail you for the cancellation record.Also the store manager told me that he would call back in 5-10 mins but it has been 3 days now and no call has come yet. Even after cancelling the order, if there is an issue with your store management and app then there is absolutely no fault of mine. Why do you all send such mentally retarded people for deliveries who have just no sense of manners. When I am literally trying so hard to cancel and it doesn't work then is it my fault, who gave this person so much of freedom that he can text me like this? At first my order was refused for dine-in at 10pm stating that counter is closed to order now. When we asked if we can order online over app coz I was able to see that they are working behind, preparing pizzas, to which girl replied that minimum waiting time for online order is 40mins going on. So, even if we order online, they will not consider our order untill 40min,forth which they will cook for us. We agreed to their this condition as well and didn't left the store and told them that we can wait. To our amaze we got our order within 15mins but it was of irregular shape and undercooked, basically bland. I gave this feedback to the staff then and there as well and informed them that we'll submit a feedback to dominoz as well.

Hi Domino's Team - if you're reading this, please take care about these situations going forward and confront the staff for it. So, that no one else has to go through all of it. Have been Domino's customer since long, but I haven't been dealt like this before.

Domino's has a reputation, staff please don't spoil it.

Really very pathetic service. Nobody wore a name badge so that we identify them. At the counter a girl with flat nose (probably muskan) is inefficient to do the billing. She was typing my phone number and name from her mouse and in between she was doing other work. At the right side of the counter, there is a small rooms where staffs were fighting very aggresively with loud voice to take an order. Staff doesn't know how to talk, everybody is there in their own zone with lot of talks and gossips. After spending 15 min with muskan, my order was taken incorrectly. And another 10 mins for taking correct order as probably their keyboard was non functional. My order was taken at 02:23 and item was handed over on 03:07. I don't know what they were cooking, also, during I was picking up my order, she said, "aap hi ho 65? Aap ka naam kyu nahi dikh raha ?". I said, "that you know mam, mujhe kaise pata hoga". There are tables which are dirty with pizza boxes which is not being cleared for approximately half an hour. I hve been dominos fan since almost 12 years now but this store is pathetic.
