Domino's Pizza | Model Town, New Delhi — Restaurant in Delhi

This is by far the worst dominos outlet I have ever seen. They dont take calls post 9:00PM so one simply have no way to know the status of their order. The food they are serving doesn’t feel like dominos whatsoever. Cold food, pathetic taste and cherry on the cake is the rude staff who doesn’t care about the customer or at the very least maintaining the hygeine of the place. No gloves, dirty floors and utmost unorganised kitchen area. I was forced to pick up my order by visiting their outlet just because no one was answering the call, no status updates on app (Although I placed the order for it to be delivered to my home). Visited the outlet after waiting for 45min at my home for any update, had to wait another 15-20 min the outlet just to get any update on the order. The staff interaction was just as rude as it can be. After the wait, finally received the order and paid a sum of Rs.961 which indeed was a total waste which I realised as soon as I reached home and opened the box. The pizza was stone cold. It seems to be so old that even the base of the pizza got stuck to the surface of the box right below the pizza. Topping were put on like “JAISE BHEEK DI HO DOMINOS NE”. The worst outlet i’ve ever seen in my whole life worst delivery staff ever had they don’t know how to talk to a customer while serving the order firstly they you guys should keep your eyes open while making the order i ordered 2 pizzas today evening you guys sent me wrong pizzas then i tried calling many time but no answer. Then i thought to make another order for that pizza, i placed an order and i paid for it. And then what happened the delivery driver came to the house and was asking for money that the order is unpaid after showing all the proofs that we didn’t ordered any pizza which is unpaid and he was still asking for the money do you guys earn like this???? Start working like mens don’t act foolish and don’t think that the person standing opposite to you is foolish and top of that the guys who came for delivery spoke loudly to my frnd and her dad rubbish people. Don’t you guys dare talking to anyone like this from next time start working with your eyes open it will be better for you and learn some etiquette and than get on to the field to work.. and learn 2 words in your life ‘Sorry’ and Thankyou’ I’m ending it here for you guys better luck...

Please never visit here and do not place an order. I have ordered 20 pizzas today that too was prepaid and not received my order even after 1.5 hrs of order placement. When I tried contacting them over phone no one picked my call. I got a msg to track my order which showed order delivered ryt after 30 mins of order placement. I had to go there to see where my order went. No one was ready to answer me. When I asked the counter girl said the delivery guy is newly joined so I do not have his number. I asked to call the manager.

Best part is the manager was just sitting chit chatting with the staff but she had no courtesy to come and sort the issue. After spending 20 mins in the outlet there was no clue of the delivery guy and my order. Had to leave the restaurant. Order came after 30 mins of all this drama.

Please do not go here....Do not think of ordering from here. Worst...
