Domino's Pizza | South Extension I, New Delhi — Restaurant in Delhi

The most cheapest outlet of Dominos. The staff is absolutely disgusting. I visited this outlet Friday and it was a major disappointment.

Hygiene was 0. Dirty floors, sweeping done while customers were eating, and even toilet cleaning happened right in front of me. On top of that, staff dragged chairs so loudly it was unbearable.

I waited 20 minutes for the food, which I didn’t mind, but when I politely requested good quality due to past bad experiences, the staff seemed completely indifferent.

Then came the “Grand Domino’s Tastiest Pizza in the Entire Universe. So basically I paid 400 bucks for this waste. I refrained from creating any scene or because I knew that as usual they won't take any action. I already instructed them before placing the order but they didn't pay attention.They've degraded the quality to the lowest they could ever be. The customer service absolutely sucks. I wrote an email and one of the person from south Ex branch called me up and upon expressing my concern (In a polite and calm manner) he literally had a audacity to tell me "Cleaning guest ke samne hogi Jane ke bad nahi". He even refused to initiate a refund. I've learnt my lesson to never visit a cheap and low quality eating joints no matter how much hype it...

I am here at South ex Dominos pizza around 1:00 pm 22 Feb the lady on the billing counter serving me did very wrong thing with me. I ordered a pizza and Pepsi bottle but she said that Pepsi bottle isn't available u can only order Pepsi in glass. but after 5 min she gives someone a Pepsi bottle with their order. and when I said why you gave them Pepsi bottle even if it's not possible she said that bcoz they ordered it online. i said why didn't you informed me that I can order it online.she said that sorry my bad sir , seriously how unprofessional behaviour is that. she didn't even said sorry to me, and she was smiling 😁 ridcliculous 😰. i felt cheated. I can't expect this with brand like Domino's unexpected. she was just throwing mud on the brand name. my name is Waseem khan.i have ordered around 12:30 pm around. just because of sales they are doing this because price of bottle is too low instead of glass one. shameful for brand like Domino's. worst experience ever, I will never go place...

Domino's Pizza South Ex is a common meeting place for us over the years. The location is so good people knw the logo and colour to find out easily. The main advantage is the test and quality they are maintaining over the years that is also unique. According to my choice Dominos's pizza is the best. I also appreciate Kohli Shahab and his team maintained it well form the beginning.
