DRIZZLN' CAFE — Restaurant in Delhi

I would have rated them a solid 4 stars, but unfortunately, due to poor customer service, I can only give them a 2-star rating.

Here's a brief overview:

Parking: Ample and convenient. Ambiance: Well-designed and inviting. Food: Tasty, but portion sizes are small relative to the price. Menu: Limited options, but what they offer seems promising. Drinks: Underwhelming compared to the food.

Now, let's address the issue that led to the downgrade in my rating.

After we called out for Bill their card machine was not working.. Ideally, it should be working but still I would give them benefit of doubt If the card machine has worked I would have save 20 to 30% on bill as my card offer which would be a win win for both

Also, has the staff informed me about that I have option to pat via Zomato n Swiggy then also I would have saved 25 to 30% which again would be a win win situation for both.. but I was not informed so had to pay cash which in a way destroyed my overall experience Following our request for Bill, we discovered that their card machine was not operational. While it is expected to be functional, I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

Had the card machine been operational, I could have potentially saved 20 to 30% on the bill due to a card offer, which would have been mutually beneficial.

Additionally, if the staff had informed me about the option to pay through Zomato or Swiggy, I could have saved another 25 to 30%, again resulting in a win-win situation. However, since I was not informed, I had to pay in cash, which negatively impacted my overall experience. In order to enhance customer satisfaction and improve their overall experience, it would be beneficial to address certain areas for improvement. Recently visited Drizzln' Café and was impressed by the overall ambiance- it’s cozy and welcoming. The staff were attentive, friendly and quick to respond.

Coming to the food, I ordered the red sauce spaghetti and a margherita pizza. The red sauce spaghetti was the highlight of the meal. It was cooked to perfection, making it an absolute must-try for anyone visiting the café. The margherita pizza, too, was fantastic, with the right amount of cheese.

When it came to drinks, I tried both café mocha and iced mocha. Café mocha tasted good. However, iced mocha was a complete disappointment. I'd give it a 0/10. Even after informing the waiter and requesting an improvement, the drink still didn’t hit the mark.

My overall experience at Drizzln' Café was lovely, particularly when it comes to the food. Both the red sauce spaghetti and margherita pizza were outstanding and I’d highly recommend them to anyone...
