Tandoori Momos - Exceptional Delight
Indus Flavour Tandoori Momos
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Indus Flavour, where I had the opportunity to try their Tandoori Momos. I must say, these momos are truly exceptional and easily rank among the best I have ever tasted.
From the moment the plate arrived at my table, I was captivated by the aroma wafting through the air. The tandoori spices infused the momos, creating a tantalizing fragrance that immediately whetted my appetite. The momos themselves were beautifully presented, with a vibrant orange hue and perfectly charred edges.
Upon taking my first bite, I was greeted by a burst of flavors that danced on my taste buds. The outer layer of the momos had a delightful crispiness, giving way to a succulent and well-seasoned filling. The combination of marinated meat (or vegetables, depending on your preference) and aromatic spices created a harmonious balance of flavors.
What sets Indus Flavour's Tandoori Momos apart from others is the smoky essence that permeates each bite. The momos are cooked in a traditional tandoor, resulting in a distinct and irresistible charred flavor that elevates the overall taste experience. The smokiness adds a unique dimension to the dish, making it truly unforgettable.
The accompanying dipping sauce served alongside the momos further enhanced the flavors. The sauce had a perfect blend of tanginess and heat, complementing the tandoori momos beautifully. It provided a refreshing contrast to the rich and intense flavors of the momos, creating a delightful symphony of tastes.
The portion size was generous, ensuring that I left the restaurant feeling fully satisfied. The service at Indus Flavour was impeccable, with the staff being attentive and friendly throughout my visit. The ambiance of the restaurant was cozy and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere for enjoying a meal.
In conclusion, Indus Flavour's Tandoori Momos are an absolute delight for any momo lover. The expertly cooked momos, infused with tandoori spices and smoky flavors, create a sensory experience that is both delicious and memorable. Combined with the exceptional service and inviting ambiance, Indus Flavour is a must-visit for anyone seeking an extraordinary...

Read moreFirstly this review is for their NSP outlet. I was surprised to see the turnout of footfalls for a veg restaurant. But was that the only surprise that I got or the rest of the experience was a turn off. Letâs find out. I went yesterday to celebrate my fatherâs birthday. Wanted to try a new exp with the Indus coming on a rooftop. No welcome smile or greeting by the person who takes the order and holds a tab. The worst of all, the owner speaks to his team right beside our seat about why a lady was not having a good experience, why did you do all that. What went wrong , she said she will post bad review. And what not all beside a table who just sat down. In a restaurant what you see and hear is what carves your experience. But technically owner doesnât seem to know that. Every now and then orders kept on coming our table saying mam this is your order, which technically wasnât. Waiters were so confused in getting to know which table holds which number and it felt like we were sitting in a food court rather than having an dining experience. To top it all, when we were asking for some best options to eat, the order taker person said we donât have roomali, we donât have any other salad that green salad. I mean why do you have it in menu if you canât serve and when people come to your restaurant seeing those roomali that people outside are talking about. Food was also ok. Not wow. The only good part is the table server the tall guy. He was super sweet and you should hire men like him. According to my opinion, will they be able to exist with such high expectations and turnout of customers. I donât think so. They really need to up their game. And the owner needs to educate them big time. But first he needs to train himself a little too. You are trying to provide an experience of flying saucer in Gulab. Which is technically...
