I visited QD's Restaurant for my friend’s birthday celebration, and it turned out to be a great experience! 🥳🎂 First off, free parking? Big thumbs up for that in the crowded Hudson Lane area. 🚗👍

The place is absolutely stunning! 😍✨ The lights and ambiance are not just beautiful but also super peaceful—perfect for a romantic date or even a casual outing with friends (though I was here with my male buddy 😅).

I wasn’t feeling 100% and wanted to eat light, but the menu had plenty of clean and delicious options. 🍜🍴 Here’s what we tried:

🌟 Thukpa Soup – So tasty and generous in quantity! Loved every sip. 🥟 Dragon Momos – These were labeled as "special," but honestly, the taste felt pretty average. Nothing extraordinary. 🍝 Penne Arrabbiata Pasta – Now this was a win! Packed with flavor and perfectly cooked.

The service? Absolutely excellent. 🙌✨ The staff was super polite, quick, and attentive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. 🕊️

In total, we paid ₹1,200 (including a tip), which felt very reasonable for the quality, service, and overall vibe. 💸

I guess ill never understand the thought process behind today's Instagrammable cafes and restaurants which fail to get the basics i.e the food right. The dishes they serve ONLY look good and are presented well. Once the cameras are off, the taste is pretty average and you are never really satisfied. QDs on the other hand does quite the opposite. It serves Instagrammable food which is great in terms of both quality and quantity. That's the reason they are still surviving in todays cut throat competition. I've seen so many restaurant and cafes open and shut over the years but QDs has always been constant.

I love the food they serve, except for their pizzas! Everything else on the menu is delicious and the portions are HUGE!! Prices are very competitive and are value for money. The ambiance is also no less. Of course, you cannot compare it with over decorated CHIC places but its very well done and they play good music too. Its a place you can take your girlfriend to as well as to hang out with your friends. To me its complete value for money. Some of the must-haves are fish and chips, tandoori momos, dal makhani platter and drums of heaven. You can also try their mocktails as they're pretty good too.
