Kanha Chappan Bhog — Restaurant in Delhi

I recently visited Chappan Bhog and tried their Ras Malai and Tikki Chaat, and I was impressed by both!

The Ras Malai was soft, creamy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. The saffron and pistachio garnish added a nice touch of richness. It literally melted in my mouth and felt super fresh!

The Tikki Chaat was equally delightful. Crispy aloo tikki with the perfect blend of tangy tamarind chutney, spicy mint chutney, and fresh yogurt. The flavors were bold but well-balanced, and the crunchy sev on top gave it the right amount of texture.
