KFC — Restaurant in Delhi

I recently visited KFC at Kamla Nagar, and I must say it was a highly disappointing experience. The service I received was among the worst I've ever encountered. The food quality and quantity were far from satisfying, leaving me disappointed. Not only did I not enjoy my meal, but I also felt that I wasted my hard-earned money on subpar food.

The atmosphere at this particular KFC branch left much to be desired. The space was small and cramped, and the staff appeared overwhelmed and too preoccupied with their tasks to provide the attention and service that customers expect. The tables were unclean, which only added to the overall sense of a disorganized and unhygienic environment.

One of the most disappointing aspects was the pricing. The items on the menu were rather expensive, and the food I received wasn't even close to being worth the amount I paid. The exorbitant prices further exacerbated my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

As usual the food is good and tasty with brilliant combo offers. With the option for self serving it's more convenient to have things in your way. The outlet is a double storey building. If you are planning to dine-in with your friends or family, make a visit before 9pm. After 9 it's very difficult to find a proper table and seats to crash with family and friends. Single/double sittings are easily available compared to the latter. The only issue I had was with the attendants who cleaned the tables. Honestly, it wasn't that efficient. Personally I'll rate the place 7/10 for the cleanliness and hygiene. Note, You'll find the washroom/restroom on the second floor. About the parking facilities, I'm doubtful. The restaurant doesn't seem to have a private parking area, but you'll find spaces to park your vehicle in the nearby locality if Kamala market is having a less chaotic and busy evening.
