Worst service ever by Seher the sales girl. I was fasting and since it was raining i got stuck and decided to open my fast in this place and have a quick bite befor i head back home. Seher looked very busy and dint even respond properly. When i had decided on my order she said the regular size ones will take a while at least 20-30 minutes. I said fine jst give whatever you have and asked my friend to order while i went to use the restroom. After coming bak, she was arguing with my friend,i enquired and then she said that it will take her another 20-30 mins to take my order as she is busy. I told her she could have informed me the same earlier as i already wasted 15-20 mins in this process and i was hungry. She got furious and said she can't take my order and asked me to leave. This is the worse customer service i have seen in my entire life , like who ases the customer to jst go away and refuses to take the order. I was very angry and humiliated at this time and said i will record this and started record this upon which her colleagues warned her but she shut them in her language. This is really very sad and i wonder If this was the vision of Mr Kapoor when he started himself as a pizza guy to harass the common people and refuse to feed the hungry. Really amazed by this. So there are three kind of Pizza brands in our country.First are the gourmet brands in malls, then sub catagory like Pizza hut and La Pino'z and the third is the local bakery in cheap localities which uses ready made base.

This is where is outlet stands,the third catagory - local bakery.I ordered 2 pizzas and both were disastrous.First is the readymade base, strange tasting with a strange texture.Then their Tomato sauce.I can guarantee that this outlet uses cheap tomato sauce for profit maximization.Bad sour tasting sauce.And that too a very little was used.The entire pizza was a sour tasting disgusting pizza.

Now comes the Ingredients.Check the pictures.This is a Rs 645/- worth of Pizza with just a layer of tasteless cheese, 2 pieces of small salami cut and two pieces of chicken cubes per slice.So what you are having is just baked readymade pizza base.Gave both the pizzas to my dogs and guess what, even they hated the sauce and no meat on it.

It's funny that their pizza box is heavier than their pizza.

And all of this after speaking to the manager.He assured me that pizza will be made well and he will look into it.

I recently tried La Pino'z Pizza and I must say, I'm impressed! The Mac special pizza was absolutely divine – the perfect blend of cheesy goodness and savory toppings. The garlic bread sticks were a delightful accompaniment, perfectly seasoned and baked to perfection. And of course, you can never go wrong with their classic Margarita pizza – simple yet bursting with flavor. The service was prompt and friendly, and the ambiance was cozy. The base of the pizza was a little dry. But otherwise, La Pino'z Pizza has definitely earned a spot as one of my favorite pizza joints in town! Highly recommend...
