Le Chef — Restaurant in Delhi

About customer service --Staff is so rude, customers & customer services are not at all their priority. I have visited 3 times here and the last night visit is my last visit here. Everytime I didn't had a very pleasant experience, but the last night was horrible. It looks like jabardasti staff pakad ke laya gaya H, vo ye kam karna nhi chahta. If u ask them place to wash ur hands, They will deny by saying they don't have any wash basin which is an necessity in COVID Times .I ask them to provide a finger bowl to wash my hands before eating they denied . When I said I can't eat before washing my hand I want to leave the place they not even once tried to convince me or help me in any manner they simply allowed me to leave. it looks like as they don't even care for customers so I think they don't need customers . After this I cancelled my plan for dinner at le chef and went to the another nearby restaurant where they offered finger bowl for washing hands even without asking as every good restaurant care for their customers priorities. Service-- Their service is too slow.. Even when the whole restaurant is empty, only 2-3 guests are present. Their staff members will wander here & there but will not attend u properly. . Food quality---Average...not delicious at all. 2 bar ka experience H🤨Aap bolo drink me ice kam rakhna... To vo aapko garam drink pakda dete H . Fir ice mango to usme 20 min jaenge..Taste of their mocktails and shakes is so bad ...

Agar leftover food pack karne ko bola to avoid wastage... Then they will pour all dishes in one packing..itni buri khichdi bna ke ki n aap ghar jake kha sako.. N aap kisi ko donate kar sako bahar to eat it.....

It used to be my favourite place to order north indian and Chinese food but after the lockdown there quality and quantity has been reduced badly. I placed few orders via swiggy in lockdown and complaint to swiggy regarding the quality and the quantity but this time after ordering, i called le chef restaurant to tell them about the issue but the person who picked the call was not at all professional. Instead he was very rude and told me they can't change the size of the container for me. They can't change their container for one customer. Earlier their quantity used to double than what we're getting now. That's not how you talk to the customer if you're in the food business. Last time i've ordered from this place. Never gonna order it again and also will tell my relatives and friends to not order from this place....

It used to be good, I didn't liked 2 dishes today while having dinner today with my family. Dal makhni was too tangy for a dal and masala curry chaap was horrible something was stinking and stale inside the curry. I had complaint about the chaap to the management, Good thing that they didn't included chaap in the bill. However after coming back to Delhi after 5 years I had high hopes with LE CHEF keeping in view my previous experiences but got disappointed. If the management is reading this, I was a fan of your food and hospitality. Take this as a feedback to improve, I hope if I try to reach out to you guys for another meal it will be as good as...
