Eleven To Eleven — Restaurant in Shahdara CBD

We booked 1st anniversary dinner party in their banquet space with a gathering around 50pax here! The food was good and acceptable. We want to celebrate our special moments so we’re considering there Event Part also so we discussed and booked for an event package. VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED with my decision as event staff was so unprofessional and rude. They totally spoiled our event part as the so called FOGGING they call is a prank and nothing more they don’t have any smoke machines or pots they simply throw accumulated dry ice smoke on couples faces and photography is totally spoiled and so their outfits. We also booked 4 coldfire anaar for entry and cake cutting they haven’t synchronised they totally spoiled the entry as only 1 coldfire is working and other one is not..same goes with the cake cutting also. When we discussed their mistakes their event lady Mrs.Sunita started yelling on us and their managers are not even picking up our calls so we’ve taken the matter to the owner of the restraunt Mr.Pranav he just listened to our situation and yet no measures been taken. Absolutely Disappointed — Never Coming Back!

It’s truly heartbreaking to write this, especially for a place we once trusted and supported for years. Being one of their oldest and most loyal customers — from dining regularly to booking their banquet for family functions — we expected at least basic respect and decent service. Unfortunately, their attitude and service have hit rock bottom.

The staff behaves as if they’re doing you a favor by even acknowledging your presence. There’s zero courtesy, no sense of customer loyalty, and absolutely no effort to maintain relationships with long-term patrons. It’s clear they’ve stopped caring altogether, no matter how much business you’ve given them in the past.

If you’re thinking of visiting or hosting an event here — don’t waste your money or your time. Plenty of better places out there that actually value their customers. JUST DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. Instead try out Indus Flavour or Team Kitchen on ground floor and Le Chef in 2nd and 3rd floor for better service and food. And if you want to book a banquet, just go for La Cordiall on 3rd floor. You will find better deals...

We recently visited Eleven to Eleven located in Cross River Mall, Delhi for a small Sangeet celebration, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The venue has a charming and welcoming vibe, ideal for intimate gatherings and family functions. The ambiance was decent, and the decoration was done tastefully, adding a festive and elegant touch to the event without going over the top.
