Xero Degrees — Restaurant in Delhi

After a hectic weak.....i went to Xero degree cafe and I want to share my visit's experience. Can't wait to tell you how much exciting that place was.Everything about the cafe was screaming excellency. Ambience:- From the wall designs to the texture....from furniture to fixtures... everything was so amazing. The vibes from the cafe were very positive. Staff:- Staff was very supportive and polite. They helped me with the food items. They told me about the speciality they had and suggested me items according to my preference. Food:- The only thing that makes me puzzle during all of my visits is FOOD.I had tried various things and can't explain how much I wanted to explore more of everything. Fries:-Loaded with cheese sauce with some of the most delicious handpicked spices and complemented with paneer....the most amazing fries I hv ever had. Pizza in a Jar:- this was something amazing and completely new kind of dish. Truely awesome. Game of thrones:- tried this amazing slider and the cutest colourfull burgers ever. The worst brand ever, visited your Paschim Vihar Outlet today (November 17th) with 6 friends for a little get together & it was the worst experience ever. To start with we were charged INR 10 for a bottle worth rupees 6 & such a stupid explanation was given to us that we also have to incorporate taxes on water bottle which was inclusive of gst. Secondly we ordered two pizza, two chicken buckets, two fries, two pastas, two garlic bread, one normal fry & guess what we were only given four pieces of mayo in extremely small bowl & when asked for further it was told to us that its gonna be charged. We would have happily paid for it provided we would have gotten a packed sachet. Third when we requested to correct the bill amount we were given an attitude and mocked in a sarcastic tone that 20 rupae hi toh he. Imagine you are paying 3200 rupees for your food and getting mocked for 20 rupees. Sheer example of how you let your customers down, mock them, inact the conversation to other customers and laughing on us. Shame on entire brand literally...

While waiting for food after ordering fries and shakes I took out a packet of juice from my bag and started sipping. A waiter came running towards me and said outside food or drinks are not allowed, you may go outside finish your drink and then come back again. I understand this but what's harm in having your own juice while waiting for food that you have ordered from the same restaurant in which you are sitting, especially when you are hungry. The attitude of waiter spoiled my mood. On top of that it took them more than half an hour to serve one fries and two shakes. Vanila and butterscotch shakes were too sugary, shakes felt like flavoured mixture of sugar and ice. A friend complained that their washroom was too smelly.
