M S D Family Restaurant & Party Hall — Restaurant in Delhi

Ordered for Plain kadak tandoori roti with Dal Makhani and chicken tikka. They sent Butter Roti which is not acceptable. chicken tikka was under cooked and package was shabby. Dal was good. Order took a bit longer time but it's ok.

Unfortunately this is the second time earlier I ordered for some food along with laccha parantha... Laccha parantha was pathetic...either they do not know what is laccha parantha actually called or they cook does not have the skills for it.

Probably i will not order again.

This is new update on 6/7/23

Today after talking to the lady order taker I placed a order for two Chicken chili garlic Noodles/ chowmin at 3.36 pm where she confirmed me that order will be with me with in half an hour. I know the restaurant is just 7 min walk after lots of persuasion and discussion the order arrived 4.42 pm

It appears they have sent the delivery boy with out proper address. It took so long it is not acceptable.

Moreover I found test of the food is horrible. Interestingly they do not give proper bill. They just sent a small piece of paper amount on it. Clear...

Worst restaurant. No hygiene is maintained. Plates were dirty when being wiped out. Black colour dust was seen on tissue paper. Service was very poor. No heed is paid on the customer order but fully focus is on home delivery of food . There is no proper service boy who can look after to the customer who have visited this restaurant to have food. It is recommended to change the name of your restaurant instead of family restaurant write family home delivery restaurant. Poor experience. As i have taken my guest to this restaurant but even after 45 minutes no food were delivered to us. Google par jo review acha likhega usko complimentary rasgulla free hai yeh offer diya ja raha hai. Hum 2 ladies aur 4 bacche they. Raat ke 10:00 baj gaye they kyonki Delhi visit par gaye they. Ghar ke paas restaurant tha. Lekin unko sirf food home delivery se matlab tha. Ladies aur bacchon ki taraf koi dhyaan nahi tha. Manchurian serve karne ke baad roti to serve karne ka dhyaan...

If there was zero star then i would have given them they are so worst man all the food i have tasted means no taste at all like a amateur person making food and all the food have same tamato gravy i have ordered many things all have same gravy tamato tangy and after that i have no problem but when they send like this roti and that was so sour , burn and uncooked and i have no problem with this but i had ordered a gulab jamun too but they didn't delivered to me and they charged for that after that i complained he was so rude he was telling me another story.I was just telling me dude i don't want your refund i was just telling you that be careful next time. So that was so worst experience with that hotel. So guys please choose next hotel for better taste...
