McDonald's — Restaurant in Delhi

The taste is changed at this branch, I always try McPuff at McDonald's but at this branch I did not like the taste of that, then not even given the sauce with that, the cheese was also very less in that compared with other branch, the burger McVeggy was also not giving the good taste. The 1st floor of the store was also not clean, I was there for more then 1 hour and 3 tables near me were not get cleaned, I don't know they cleaned them later or nor. I tried to place order by scanning the qr code on the table but they did not send any msg that my order is ready to pic and when I visited the counter then I saw they were delivering orders whoever coming on there counter and paying on counter. After sawing this then I asked about my order then they checked that they have my order or not after that they started preparing my order... means if I did not enquiry about my orders they might delay that more...so this time my experience was not good. The only thing I like there is the cone...

Though food at McDonald's taste almost the same at each outlet. The men on the other side of counter - Sukesh Panwar and Mudasir were gem of a person to make the customer experience amazing. Sukesh is such a gentleman by his behaviour, speech, customer handling and greeting the customers, i just loved meeting and talking to this guy. Supervisor Mudasir also is equally good.. i was probably the last customer for the day and he made me sit comfortably for the time my order was under preparation and getting ready for take away. One add-on, he has given me change of Rs.500/- as he was closing his cash counter...

Dear McDonald’s Team,

I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience with my recent order. • I specifically requested no ice cubes, but they were added despite my instructions. • The meal was not packed properly, and the fries had a bad smell. • Even though I ordered extra fries, I received only three raw ones. • I had to wait 20 minutes, and still the order was delivered in very poor condition. • To make matters worse, the staff is not picking...
