Hello All Straight getting to point, Nath employee is so ill mannered that he don’t know basic things of dealing with customer.

Few days back I purchased sweets worth 7000/- in the evening and all were stale when we ate same night at home. As I was having all box at home only I took them in the morning and the manager agreed and replaced all the items and it was a good gesture.

After that day I always take everything after tasting so as to avoid any similar incident.

But, Today when I went, staff declined to let taste stating mithai kharab hojayegi to which I was stunned, I then had a word with manager(new) he straight a way said yes taste toh karayenge Sir, and even after this when I came to Staff he said aapko lgta hai yahan se kharab hoti hai toh ye mat lo burfi lelo and declined again to let taste. Really?? Is this how a customer deserves to be treated? After this I went to manager narated him the incident and made sure that No one from my family will again taste sweets from Naths’s. He insisted on not going but this wasn’t a respect a customer deserves as I also deal with B2C customer in my business in daily basis.

No matter what they lost a customer today having 50 plus relatives in Chattarpur only and whose monthly spend in sweets was over 10k-15k average, and if service gonna be the same the toll willl increase further.

I have only tried the chaat options so far, which were quite good in terms of taste.

However, there are serious concerns regarding hygiene. I noticed rats crawling over the sweet boxes and counters, which was extremely off-putting. When I attempted to bring this to the attention of the staff at the counter, they simply laughed and ignored the concern, which was highly disappointing and unprofessional.

Additionally, when I called to inquire about the availability of gift hampers, I was clearly told that they no longer prepare them. To my surprise, during my visit, I saw hampers displayed prominently at the shop. Such misinformation reflects poorly on staff commitment and awareness, and could negatively impact customer trust.
