I recently visited Nomad Food Place, and it was an utterly disappointing experience. Despite the hype, the quality of food and service was far below expectations.

To begin with, the pizza was abysmal. The crust lacked flavor and unappetizing. The chicken strips were another disaster—extremely oily and unpleasant in taste, making them hard to enjoy.

The most frustrating part of our meal were the two “Mexican” burrito bowls we ordered—Chipotle Chicken and Chicken Sausage. These were, without a doubt, some of the worst dishes I have ever had in a restaurant. Firstly, they weren’t remotely Mexican, but rather a poorly executed version of something unrecognizable. Secondly, the bowls had hardly any meat or the beans and for the exorbitant price we paid, it felt like we were served an overpriced bowl of vegetables.

More concerning was the quality of the ingredients. The meat tasted off, and the freshness of the other components was highly questionable. Both my brother and I fell sick after eating these so-called “Mexican” burrito bowls, which raises serious concerns about the hygiene and quality of their food.

Dear Mr. Amit Ajwani, To bring to your notice, we dined at your GK2 Delhi pizzeria. Going by my last name, it must be clear to you that by religion and by birth I am a vegetarian, which I made very clear to your staff serving us. It was a joke, to be honest, what good food and pathetic staff can do to a place.

They ended up serving us a chicken burger, which we clearly mentioned while placing the order as a VEGETARIAN BEAN BURGER, AND I REPEATED MYSELF TO THE SERVER WHO SERVED US. We ended up all taking in chicken burger. My father, who is 60 years old, literally spit it out and didn't touch a thing thereafter. The apology from your staff was the lady laughing. Before this unfortunate incident occurred, we had already been waiting a long time for our food. It took nearly an hour for the salads to arrive, and several other dishes we ordered were not served to us by the end of our dinner, despite our continuously reminding the staff about them. Meanwhile, other tables who arrived after us were receiving their meals. The server in question, whom I confirmed with the manager as being an old employee at your restaurant, behaved as though she was completely new to the restaurant business.

Food was ok but very bad service...completely untrained /unprofessional staff. It was an unplanned first visit for the four of us to this neighborhood outlet. We informed our server that we had received a discount voucher but were not carrying it with us. The server was nice enough to confirm that they'll apply the discount anyways.

After we placed our order, part of the order was delivered after multiple follow ups and that too after the rest of the food had already been consumed. There was no genuine apology offered.

Finally the bill was presented to us without any discount. When asked about it, the manager refused to honour it, despite our server having confirmed it at the very beginning, saying that it is not applicable on a table of more than two.
