Think i visited this place after about 14 years and i was in for a rude shock.

1. Usher on the entrance for aggresive to say the list. Nearly forcing to share mobile number, forcing you to sit at a specific place (and by the ushe !) and after you for a tip when you leave

2. Ambience was down market. Poor and old flooring, old furniture, odd tree in the middle, poor lighting - i could just go on

3. Smells more of beer. Allow people to consume alcohol along with dinner - when all other diners sit.

4. Bad service. The server kept coming again and again almost pushing us for an order. We were still eating starters when he started to clear them to make way for dinner. Had to force him to stop. And once the dinner started, no one to attend to you. You had to keep calling them

5. They had finger bowls but did not serve the same! And we had to ask!

6. Credit card machine does not function - apparently they had posted a note before entrance. But they are happy to take upi and cash. Looks like saving the card processing charge is more important than customer convenience

7. Dal makhni - forgettable. First time ever we could not finish a serving. And if a Pind Baluchi cant get their Dal Makhni right - something big is wrong

With all this, the price value goes for a toss. This is a headless restaurant moving towards the gallows. Better for a...

Pathetic experience. Worst service. We encountered numerous issues with Pind Baluchi NSP. I will never recommend. And will never ever return again.

Small issue. We asked for tissues but the female waiter took more than 5 minutes to bring it to the table. Why tissues were not kept beforehand. Again a small issue. We next asked to change the plates, the waiter told us they will quickly do. They kept us waiting for next 10 minutes. Still plates were not changed. We started the food with the same uncleaned plates. Big issue. We ordered hakka noodles, but we found a raw bunch of noodles in the serving which was unbearable. We can't eat that stuff as it was uncooked. I have attached a picture. A local Chinese outlet also never make this kind of mistake in cooking. Such a silly mistake is not acceptable from this big brand. Very big issue. There was no cleanliness in the restaurant. We found many flies and a big flying insect near our table. Picture attached. Very big issue. The food items are unnecessary over priced when we compare them to the taste, which is average. All items in menu have stickers on it showing increase in prices. The simple single serving veg platter costs 895/-. This is a big big scam.

Overall, not a place to enjoy good food here. They are not good in service and food quality now. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone....

Pind Balluchi is one of the best family dine restaurant where you can have variety of North Indian Food. Yesterday, I visited here for trying some good North Indian food. The place has nice interior with great staff. There seating arrangements and customer service was also good. I really enjoyed it. I tried so many things....

Starter's Paneer Tikka, Chicken Tikka, Chilli Chicken, Veg and Non veg Platter, Kurkure Mushroom, Kurkure Paneer, Dahi ke sholey. My favourite is kurkure Paneer, that was so good and crunchy. Chilli chicken was also good.

Main Course Pindi Chhole, Paneer Gravy, Dal Makhani, Aloo Dum, Veg and Non Veg Biryani with sorted Naan. So pindi Chhole I liked the most. In chhole there anari flavour gives mesmerizing taste.

Drinks and Dessert Kit Kat Shake, Kiwi and watermelon Slush, Blue Hawain, Blue Lagoon. Gulaab Jamun and Firni.

Starters to dessert, Everything was good. Must place to visit, if you are looking for such a great verity of Food.
