Pathetically bad cafe!! I went to the cafe on 8th march, had my meal,paid the bill and came back. Sweta (executive) called in the evening and asked to pay again , the same amount , mentioning about her salary deductions if i dont pay her again.she also mentioned that she will take the ownership if amount doesn’t come back. I told her I already have a debit in my account, she assured the 1st payment will be credited back in my account. I went after 10 days to sweta and told her that the money dint come back, she said she will adjust in my future meal and when i went today to the cafe they started cooking new stories! And the manager who was in casual dress didnt also not showed any customer delight! I am one of the most frequent visitor in the cafe along with my colleagues and the clients! Very disappointed to share if the treatment to the regular clients is like this , cant even comment what service industry is this!

Request to please shut down your cafe if you dnt know how to treat and serve even your regular clients! It would have been better if i would not have been trapped on 8th when sweta called me to pay again. If i would have been stiff about the first payment.

Educate your staff so as to deal with...

This is my second time at this cafe and after arriving I politely asked the manager to have my table cleaned and he was very reciprocative about it. However, when I did manage to set up my equipment and sit down, I was given a menu by him with the obvious intent of receiving an order from me, to which I responded "Abhi nahi..ek do ghante mein." He seemed very disturbed with the statement and then while walking away he said "Jaldi Order Kariyega." I said to him, that this is no way to treat a customer who has just become comfortable in his seat in order to get loads of work done. He replied, "Agan ek do ghante mein order karoge toh main cafe kaise chalaunga?"

I did not know that there was a time limit to order in a cafe. Moreover, I know that it is a customer's obligation to add to the revenue of the place if he or she is using the premise for work, etc. But forcing the customer to order within 5 minutes of arriving does not seem fair to me.
