Sambookas Cafe — Restaurant in Delhi

There simply isn’t a place like this one in the entire state of Delhi, purely because of the consistency with food at offers and the warmth with which the staff who will service the food. I have tried most of the items from the menu, Even the ones with Dairy, which gave me a bad stomach, just to have a taste of what they’re like, and they’re all delicious. I have tried all the Indian main course items and they are fantastic. I particularly like their soups, specially the tomato (cream of tomato) And their vegetarian dimsums. There is something very different about how perfectly they do their fries That it just hits the spot perfectly. It’s always the right amount of the right amount of Perry Perry seasoning on top and the right serving.

Sambookas is a very easy place to be And they will offer you excellent food every time without differentiating between a regular customer and a first timer. The professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the premises and the food par excellence Makes Sambuca one of the most epic places I have ever gone to, To have food outside.

You will go wow as soon as you enter SAMBOOKAS. Its an ultimate food heaven. A very beautiful cute n cozy place, beautifully lit with different types of sitting areas . They have zenga n many other games if you want to spend some quality time with your friends. Staff is very courteous and service is prompt and commendable.

Recently visited this place with my son n tried some of their newly curated veg dishes:

VEG CHIMICHANGA : Three pieces of Mexican deep fried rolls filled with veggies n cottage cheese.Scrumptious enough n a must try.

STUFFED COTTAGE CHEESE STEAK SIZZLER : cottage cheese stuffed with spinach n veggies served with Mexican rice and tomato fondae on a sizzling base.. Cheese very soft, perfectly marinated and cooked, personally recommended.

COTTAGE CHEESE AND MUSHROOMS VEG PIZZA:A thin crust pizza topped with loads of cheese n veggies, Palatable.

IN SHAKES, I tried :

BROWNIE KILLER SHAKE:Its totally freaky awesome brownie shake topped with cream, molten chocolate, ice cream and brownie chunks.

In desserts, we tried:

BROWNIE BLACKOUT :Perfect ending to our evening with this ice cream sizzler having brownie topped with churros, gems, oreo, kitkat, chocolate, nutella n so many things... Super yummilicious.

Had been getting good reviews about this place. And it was in my wishlist for quite a time. Well the wait was worth it.

Food ~ We had CHILLY NOODLES, VEG CHILLY PANEER with FRIED RICE and SPICY PASTA. The amount of masala in the noodles was just apt. Exactly to my liking. I have had chilly paneer before but this by far was the best. It is in my recommendations list for sure. As for pasta it needed some work. It was way to thick for your mouth to let it dissolve easily inside of you.

Shakes ~ ALL BERRY SHAKE and BROWNIE SHAKE was our choice for shakes here. All berry shakes hit all the right chords. A fab experience with it. Brownie shake was succulent too. All in all really great.

Mojito~ We had WATERMELON MOJITO. This was the second time i had it somewhere and like the last time it didn't disappoint. So this becomes a must have.

Staff~ A very courteous staff. And a very kind and involving owner. Eager enough to know to our opinions right away. Thanks to the staff we had a great time over there.

Place~ In one line. " The best cafe for shootouts in GTB"

Price~ Way more cheaper than what we call nominal....
