Sagar Ratna — Restaurant in Delhi

Yesterday i went to this place I waited for 45 mins, that's ok it was crowded but the person a "Fat looking black complexion man" took who was taking and assigning table from outside was extremely RUDE IN HIS BEHAVIOUR. This is era of your downfall to start now how u treat you clients. They judge on the basis of how you are dressed. So warning to all foodies try to wear more jewellery and more shorts clothes to go there to get treated well... hahah..Nor even staff have manner to take order and even when I was about to finish my food before that the waiter took my plate n started to wipe the table so that other people to sit .. this is the behaviour of called Sagar Ratna. They have decreased their standards. I feel pity for them .. Downfall has been started now .

They are selling and given stale food beware of them. Staff are totally rude and extremely bad behaviour plus they serve some one else too food if one if not seeing them so bad .. we can't trust this branch. Pathetic experience

I recently visited Sagar Ratna Ashok Vihar outlet. The main reason I choose sagar Ratna is because of hygiene. But when I got my Dosa served, small pieces of some unrecognisable material came inside my dosa. I was Shocked and I complained immediately to the manager. Manager didn’t took any notice of my complaint, He was very busy in earning money from other customers. He didn’t paid any attention to my complaint. When I insisted on lodging a complaint for the same, They called owner Mr. Mehra who is full of arrogance, egoistic person. As soon as he came, he started mis behaving with us, they way he talk with us was so rude, and started abusing us when we insisted on filing a complaint. My experience was WORST SERVICE, WORST BEHAVIOUR, WORST KIND OF PEOPLE. I strictly request to all you of you reading this, Don’t ever visit this restaurant specially if you are with Family. No one deserves this kind of WORST SERVICE WORST BEHAVIOUR by these people and Specially By owner Mr. Mehra. He is the most pathetic person, who delivers the Abuses to...

Sagar ratna has it's own taste and that's how they made a goodwill.

The staff of this place is the most respectful.

They'll serve you very fast.

You finish a sambhar bowl and the next plate will be there filled of sambhar bowl in front of you, you don't need to tell them that please get me chutney sambhar or anything They'll serve you before you tell it to them, this the level of service they provide which I loved a lot.

Coming to the taste it's everyone's personal choice but the person who like south Indian will lick his/her fingers while eating this 3 chutney's they give you of which I loved green chutney and white chutney green chutney was above expectations 12 on 10 I'll give it to green chutney and same is the case with white chutney.

Sambhar is very very good dosa is damn good.

Overall I would give 11/10 to them 1 extra for service...
